This website has recipes that are largely weight watcher friendly, and/or diabetic friendly. I found this website by accident through facebook. There was a couple weight watcher friendly facebook sites i found on facebook, and this is one that is not facebook specific!

Facebook ones for facebook users: remember some of these are purely or partly American and have point friendly products or recipes on it:

BMI- Body Mass Index
I got to visit with a personal trainer today which i was more than thrilled about. She runs her own business, as well as works through community centres. She is at breithaupt centre for a bunch of courses as well as waterloo rec centre, and she gave me a whole new inspriation today. I am already feeling pain, but very well worth the pain. she told me about the website www.tanita.com for more information about body mass index BMI and the water in your body. At the start today she weighed me, knowing that i also do weight watchers. BUt she also calculated my body fat in % and the water. This was extremely helpful because what she did notice about my water intake today at the start of the exercise is that i was 3-4% low which showed i hadn't had enough water in my body. Because of the measurements with the scale she had used she was able to measure how much fat i had in my body, and how much lean muscle i had as well. One thing this website she gave me tells you is the improtance of BMI and water in your body, and here is a link about BMI and the healthy levels. A lot of people don't understand it, i know i have more reading to do on it! I am not fully aware on it. However, I am very excited to learn, and grow with the program she started me on.

recipe website
They have vegetarian meals, sauces, drinks, all sorts of different recipes on there.
The website is:
http://www.asweetpeachef.com
There is also www.peasandthankyou.com where we got our black bean burgers from which were 3 points and they have a lot of vegetarian meals- and vegan meals.
For those who deal with a lot of dairy, wheat, allergies a good website is : http://intoxicatedonlife.com/ I went to college with Luke- one of the 2 who writes this blog, he is married and him and his wife write the blog together and have 4 kids and do a lot of natural cooking for their kids, and get as natural as they can get, and i believe if i understand correctly at least one child has a bunch of allergies, so they do their blog because of their knowlege for that and to help other parents like them. Luke is also a pastor.

Jackson, Mississippi
We are in Jackson, Mississippi!
Jackson is the capital of the U.S. state of Mississippi. Located south of the Yazoo River, it is considered to be the southern border of the Mississippi Delta.[3] Jackson is most populous city in the state, and is one of two county seats of Hinds County, with the town of Raymond being the other.
The population of the city declined from 184,256 at the 2000 census to 173,514 at the 2010 census. The 2010 census ascribed a population of 539,057 to the five-county Jackson metropolitan area.[4]
The current slogan for the city is "Jackson, Mississippi: City with Soul."[5] Jackson is ranked 3rd out of America's 100 largest metro areas for the best "Bang For Your Buck" city according to Forbes magazine.[6] The study measured overall affordability, housing rates, and more. The city is named after Andrew Jackson, who was a general at the time of the naming but later became president of the United States. The city is the anchor of the Metro area.
USS Jackson (LCS-6) will be the first ship of the United States Navy to be named in honor of the city.[7]
